Conditions of using Telehealth with Clinical Psychology Victoria.

What is Telehealth? Telehealth is the provision of health (including mental health) services using services like FaceTime, Zoom or Skype (Video Conferencing) and/or the telephone (Telephone Conferencing) to talk with your psychologist. It can also involve other technologies like mobile phone apps, virtual reality, and online training and treatment programs. Do I have to use Telehealth? No, this choice is yours. Please contact our reception to discuss your options. Face to Face services will be provided if it is not safe for you to use Telehealth.
